When Carmen and Jamie Booth arrived in Manila in 2012, they saw an industry delivering staff—but not environments where people could thrive. They built Booth to change that.
Today, we support more than 150 companies with 1,700+ professionals, embedding with clients as a true extension of their teams. Most outsourcing firms lose one in three employees every year. We retain eight out of ten.
