Our 2024 Impact Report
A year of purpose, progress, and partnerships that made a difference.

At Booth, our mission has always been clear: business should be a force for good. Growth matters, but only if it creates prosperity that communities can share, restores balance with our planet, and strengthens the people at the heart of our work.
The challenges facing our world today, such as climate change, inequity, and environmental degradation, are daunting. Yet we remain convinced that when businesses commit themselves to doing good, they become part of the solution.
This report is our journey so far: stories of change, data that shows our impact, and a roadmap for what comes next. Because business can do good, but only if we keep pushing, learning, and staying true to our values.
For Planet
Our Carbon, Our Responsibility
The cost of doing business is real. In 2023, our carbon footprint was 1,104 tCO₂e—the same as putting 246 gas-powered cars on the road for a year. On a per-person basis, that’s 890 kgCO₂e. These numbers matter because they show us the responsibility we carry.
That’s why we measure, reduce, and offset every year. In 2024, we renewed our Change Climate Certification for the fourth year running through The Change Climate Project. The certification holds us accountable: track emissions accurately, cut what we can, and offset the rest through verified projects.
Through this process, we offset 2,345 tCO₂e (510 gas-powered cars off the road for a year), every ton measured, additional, and independently verified.
Our reduction steps included:
- Sourcing at least 25% of purchases locally
- Eliminating disposable swag in favor of sustainable alternatives
- Refurbishing IT equipment to cut e-waste
- Partnering with SeaTrees to begin our Ocean Positive journey

Let's face it, the climate crisis isn't just a headline. It's something we all experience. That's why we became Climate Neutral Certified. It's our way to hold ourselves accountable and sends a powerful message to our clients and our people that we share a vision for a sustainable future.

Our Ocean Positive Journey
In 2024, we partnered with SeaTrees to take climate action in a more regenerative direction. Unlike traditional offsets, SeaTrees restores “blue carbon” ecosystems—mangroves, seagrass meadows, and kelp forests—that absorb carbon, protect coastlines, and support marine life.
Through our $35,318 Climate Transition Budget, we focused on three areas:
- 75% ($26,385) → Restoring blue carbon ecosystems with SeaTrees
- 10% ($3,657) → Cutting emissions in our own value chain
- 15% ($5,276) → System-change projects to support the transition to net zero
Each investment plays a role: reducing what we can, restoring what we’ve lost, and backing the bigger shift to a more sustainable future. This is just the beginning of our journey to become Ocean Positive Certified, a signal to our team and partners that ocean health is inseparable from climate action.

Forests for Life Movement
We know forests are more than trees. They’re living systems that anchor biodiversity and hold back carbon. In 2022, we planted 5,000 native saplings with Haribon Foundation. Today, those trees are thriving, with survival rates of 92% in Quezon and 83% in Rizal. Some Narra, a native hardwood and the Philippines’ national tree, have already grown nearly five feet tall. They are the beginnings of forests that will shelter wildlife and enrich the soil for generations.

Wildlife Loop
Together with WWF-Philippines, our employees and their families took part in the Wildlife Loop, a virtual race that combined wellness with impact, logging nearly 12,000 kilometers and raising $16,400 USD to support biodiversity conservation.
In Singapore, we extended our reach offshore, contributing $30,800 USD to protect the southern islands’ coral reefs, sharks, and fish species. Together with WWF-Singapore, we supported biodiversity surveys, underwater monitoring, research to guide policy, and community education—work that helps safeguard fragile ecosystems under threat from climate change.
For Planet
Hope for the Island
In Siargao, we stood alongside Hope for the Island, an organization devoted to uplifting children and families through education, livelihood, and sustainability programs. Our first step was supporting the rebuilding of the Kalinga House, which will serve as a safe and nurturing space for children to learn, grow, and dream.
But our partnership didn’t stop with infrastructure. Together, we are working on:
- Fostering organic farming initiatives that give families access to healthy meals while creating livelihoods for local farmers and fishermen.
- Supporting scholarship programs to keep education accessible for children in need.
- Laying the groundwork for long-term projects to sustain communities and protect Siargao’s natural beauty.
This partnership is about more than aid. It is about building resilience, dignity, and opportunity from the ground up. If you want to know more about how we shared hope for Siargao Island, read here.
Sustainable Food Solutions with ARK Solves
In April 2024, our team witnessed the transformative work of Advancement for Rural Kids (ARK Solves) firsthand on an Insider Trip to Bohol. As a nonprofit dedicated to empowering Filipino farmers and fisherfolk, ARK Solves co-creates sustainable, community-led solutions that enable families to grow their own food, increase their income, and build more resilient futures.
Our partnership with ARK Solves supports the expansion of their Feed Back program, a 16-week, market-driven initiative that helps farming and fishing communities achieve long-term food security and economic stability.
The numbers speak to the powerful impact of this program:
- 98% of participating families continue backyard farming.
- 76% meet all their daily food needs from their backyard.
- Over 80% earn at least 25% of their income from homegrown vegetables.
- 101 communities across 9 provinces have graduated from the program.
- Nearly 30,000 farming and fishing families are now food secure with new income sources.
- More than 200,000 lives have been transformed in just four years.
Growing Food Security with WWF-Philippines
In March 2024, our team visited Batangas to experience the Food Shed project firsthand—a partnership between WWF-Philippines and the Gawad Kalinga Assumption community. This initiative shows that even limited spaces can be transformed into productive gardens, putting fresh, healthy produce on the table and directly addressing rising food insecurity.
Our support for this project totaled Php 3,382,942, enabling the construction of five food sheds in the Philippines:
- Negros Occidental: Silay City, San Carlos City, Bago City
- Batangas: Padre Garcia, Bauan
Through the Food Shed in Padre Garcia alone, 67 households now benefit from sustainable access to fresh food.
Let’s Play: Youth Music in Action
In 2024, we supported Let’s Play and several public schools in Central Visayas (Department of Education Region VII) in setting a Guinness World Record for the largest rondalla ensemble, a traditional Filipino string orchestra.
Over the years, we’ve contributed instruments and resources to help Let’s Play expand music education for youth. For this project, we provided logistics and manpower, enabling hundreds of young musicians to come together, perform, and experience the power of collaboration. Beyond breaking a record, the initiative showed how music education builds skills, confidence, and community pride among young people.
For Prosperity
Sustainable Premium Insurance
Insurance is often viewed as a routine business cost, but through our partnership with Premiums for the Planet (PFP), we’ve found a way to make it a force for positive change.
By routing our coverage through PFP, we redirect financial resources to sustainability-focused insurers, aligning business protection with environmental impact.
This approach transforms insurance from a simple safety net into a strategic investment in sustainability, reflecting our belief that business prosperity should never come at the planet’s expense.
