Growth Without Compromise: Booth is Now B Corp Certified

As of August 5, 2025, Booth is now a Certified B Corporation™. This milestone reflects more than just a new badge. It’s a public commitment to doing business differently with care, accountability, and a clearer sense of purpose.

This was never about meeting standards but rather about committing to them: to growing with integrity, putting people first, and building something that lasts. 

Why We Pursued B Corp

When we began the B Corp process three years ago, it wasn’t for recognition. It was to hold ourselves accountable to the kind of company we’ve always set out to build: one that grows responsibly, stays transparent, and leads with its values.

Profit and purpose shouldn’t be in competition. Doing good work means doing right by our people, our clients, and the communities we’re part of. The B Corp framework helped us formalize that belief and holds us to it.

What It Took to Get Here

B Corp Certification isn’t quick or easy. And it’s not meant to be. To qualify, companies must meet rigorous standards across five key impact areas:

1. Governance

We restructured our legal framework to ensure we’re accountable not just to shareholders but to all stakeholders: our employees, clients, communities, and the environment. This stakeholder-first model is designed to last, even through leadership changes or investment rounds.

2. Team Members

Across the Philippines, Colombia, and beyond, our teams are the heart of Booth. We’ve strengthened benefits, reinforced our DEI practices, increased engagement, and made long-term wellbeing a foundational part of our operations.

3. Community

We’re committed to creating a lasting, positive social impact, wherever we operate. From ethical hiring to local partnerships and volunteer programs, we’re focused on contributing in ways that go beyond economics.

4. Environment

While we don’t manufacture goods, we’re still responsible for our footprint. We’ve implemented more sustainable operational practices, reducing waste, encouraging hybrid work, and committing to continued improvement as we scale.

5. Customers

We work with companies that care about how they grow. B Corp Certification affirms that our model—people-first delivery, low attrition, seamless global integration—is backed by values and verified by an independent standard.

What’s Changed (and What Hasn’t)

Earning certification prompted real, lasting changes across the business. But just as importantly, it affirmed what was already true: the culture, priorities, and practices we’ve always tried to live by are now part of a formal framework for accountability. 

This isn’t a pivot. It’s a confirmation and a challenge to keep growing the right way.
