How our pricing works
Your hire's compensation
Salary, statutory pay and benefits, government contributions, and health insurance. We pass it through at 100% and you see the same number we pay.
Our management fee
Up to $599 a month per person. Volume pricing available. It covers everything it takes to source, employ, equip, and support your hire.

US midpoint salary from Robert Half’s 2027 Salary Guide (updated Aug. 21, 2026), with benefits at ~30% of total compensation (BLS, June 2026).
That's a saving of $3,167-$13,127 a month, or $38,004-$157,524 a year, before you count recruiting, office space, or equipment for a local hire.
We source talent across a wide variety of roles. Tell us what you're hiring for and we'll benchmark the salary against real market data and send you this same breakdown for your role.
What sets Booth apart?
Other providers may quote a lower price, but that number often leaves out costs that show up on your bill later. Here’s what’s already included with Booth, and what a lower fee rarely covers.

People who stay
90% of our people are still with us a year later. We recruit for long-term fit, then keep investing in your hire with engagement programs, regular check-ins, and career support. Every departure costs you time, training, and momentum.

Hired for your culture, not just the CV
Before we search, we run a calibration call with your hiring manager to agree what good looks like (skills, working style, and values). We screen against that bar, and you interview and choose every hire yourself.

Built around how you work
Your team works your hours, follows your holiday calendar, and uses your tools. Start with one hire, pick a standard or flexible contract, work remote or from our offices, and hire in 120+ countries. When you're ready for more, we can run the team for you or help you bring it in-house.

Why not use a percentage for the management fee?
Many providers charge a percentage of salary. That gives them a reason to push a more expensive hire and to take a cut every time you reward your team. We'd rather have no reason at all.
Give your hire a $100 raise and your invoice goes up $100. Not $110. Not $150. The same goes for bonuses and one-time commissions, they pass straight through.
Do I pay anything before you find someone?
No retainer, no upfront search fee. You don’t pay anything if we don’t deliver. We only charge a $500 recruitment fee when your hire starts.
Are there extra charges?
Every item goes into your quote before you sign, so nothing surprises you. Below is a list of variables that can change your numbers:
| What changes | How it affects your cost |
| Role and seniority | Harder-to-find skills carry a higher salary. The management fee stays the same. |
| Country | Booth hires talent in 120+ countries, and depending on the region, salary and benefits will fluctuate. Based on your needs, our team will help you plan accordingly. |
| Night shifts (Philippines only) | Philippine law adds a 10% night differential to pay. We include it in your quote from day one. |
| Public holidays | Staff who work a public holiday earn premium pay. Most clients follow their own holiday calendar instead. |
| Office seating | Remote is standard. Office seats in the Philippines are $350 a month full-time, $175 hybrid, or $25 a day. |
| Payment method | Bank transfer is free. Card payments carry a surcharge. |
What to look out for when comparing quotes from outsourcing vendors
Some providers advertise a management fee under $500. Before you compare, check what that number leaves out and ask them the following questions:
- Is hardware in the management fee, or is it an add-on?
- Is IT support included, and is it 24/7?
- Can I see my hire's salary, benefits, and contributions line by line?
- If I give a raise, do you take a cut?
- Is there a setup fee or a security deposit?
- What's the recruitment fee, and is there a replacement guarantee?
If price is the only thing that matters, we'll tell you when we're not the right fit.
If you want to know exactly what you're paying for, we're an easy comparison.
What are the contract terms?
Term
6 months with 30 days’ notice. After that, it renews to a 12-month contract with 60 days' notice.
Invoice
One monthly invoice in USD, with compensation, the fee, and any agreed extras on separate lines.
Headcount
Billing follows your live headcount, so you only pay for the seats you have.
Timing
Payroll runs on the 15th and 30th, so your payment funds payroll that's already scheduled.
What about pricing for Managed Solutions?
With Managed Solutions, we handle the heavy lifting end-to-end from recruitment to training, forecasting, scheduling, data insights, and active management. You pay one all-in rate per agent per month that covers the agent, the team lead, quality reviews, and coverage for leave — plus a one-time recruitment fee per agent and a one-time setup fee for your account.
Contracts start at one year. Within your first 180 days, we work with you to move to pricing per transaction or outcome.
