Our 2025 Impact Report

FOUNDER'S NOTE
Here's the honest truth: we're doing great work. Our team is building something we're genuinely proud of. And it's not enough.
The scale of need is enormous. In the Philippines, where we focus much of our work, the need is staring right back at us. But there are countries where it's even worse, places where the funding gaps are wider, the damage deeper, the urgency louder. We grow. We hire. We create more opportunity. And we still can't touch the size of the problem.
So we stopped pretending we could solve this alone.
That's what 2025 taught us. Impact doesn't scale through one company, no matter how hard we push. It scales through networks. Through B Corps and 1% for the Planet members—companies that actually care enough to do the math on their impact and pay it back. Companies that see doing good as non-negotiable, not optional.
We need more of those companies. A helluva lot more.
This report isn't bragging rights. It's an invitation. If you're running a business and you're tired of having to choose between growth and doing the right thing, join us. Join the network of companies that refuse that tradeoff. Because the world doesn't need another press release about sustainability. It needs companies, plural, with skin in the game.
That's the work ahead.

2025 IN NUMBERS
Across people, communities, and planet, 2025 was Booth's most active year of impact to date.

OUR PEOPLE • B CORP CERTIFIED
B Corp Certification wasn't the goal. Accountability was.
Three years ago, we entered the B Corp process to measure ourselves against a higher standard—one that examines how a business treats its people, serves its communities, manages its environmental impact, and governs itself over the long term.
In August 2025, Booth became a Certified B Corporation™, joining a global community of businesses using profit as a tool for positive impact.
The certification reflects work happening across the company. But if there's one area where that commitment shows up every day, it's in our people.
From employee wellbeing and engagement to leadership representation and responsible purchasing practices, these are some of the ways we invest in the people who help build Booth.
"We didn't pursue B Corp status to check a box. We did it to show our team and our clients that we're building Booth for the long haul, with our values intact."

Executives from underrepresented groups
Engaged people do better work. We invest in the conditions that drive it such as benefits, inclusion practices, and a culture built for the long haul.
Workforce data across gender, engagement, and development, benchmarked against industry standards. 20–29% of our workforce lives in low-income areas. That reality informs how and where we invest.
40–59% of our procurement goes to local independent suppliers, and 10–24% to businesses majority-owned by women or underrepresented groups.
We're developing our JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) Data Collection Policy to better understand representation at every level of the organization, including more precise racial and ethnic data over time.
THE PLANET WE DEPEND ON
Each year, we measure our carbon footprint through Change Climate and offset the emissions we can't yet eliminate through SeaTrees,
supporting verified carbon projects and coastal ecosystem restoration.
Change Climate Certified since 2021 · 2025 final figures expected Q3 · Targets underway: 5% recycling rate · 10% electricity reduction
COMMUNITIES
This is what 1% for the Planet looks like in practice. Booth commits 1% of annual revenue to environmental
organizations working on the ground. In 2025, our work expanded to 8 partners across 3 continents.
